Error creating media map

I am contacting you because I encountered the following error while using Canvas.

I’m not sure what I need to do to create a map.

Is it difficult to use with the free plan?
If not, please let me know if there’s something I’ve set up incorrectly.

My workflow is as follows:

  1. Select the platform "Instagram"

  2. Select two monitoring options > The status automatically changes to “Creating Canvas Map”

  3. After waiting for a while, a message saying “Failed to generate media map” appeared, as shown in the attached image.

    3.1. The same issue occurs even after clicking “Retry”

    3.2. To get help, click the floating “Need help?” button → Click the Canvas tutorial → The modal “Try using Canvas this way” appears, but disappears after clicking “Next”

Suggestions

  1. It would be helpful to have an estimated time displayed for “Creating Canvas Map.”
    Since I didn’t know how long it would take, I switched to another tab and returned to find that the process had reset.

    It would be helpful to provide an estimated time or a progress bar to indicate the estimated duration.
